Porta da Ravessa White is vinified using modern temperature-controlled fermentation to capture every drop of aromatic purity and natural vibrancy, with no oak to mask the grape’s joyful character. Store lying down at 15°C and serve chilled at 10-11°C alongside seafood, grilled fish, white meats or simply as a lively aperitif to enjoy its tropical harmony at Vin’s Winery.
