Crafted by Luís Sottomayor from high-altitude vineyards in the cooler Upper Douro, this bright, greenish-tinged 750 ml bottle at 12.5% volume blends Arinto, Moscatel Galego, Rabigato, Viosinho and Códega do Larinho to deliver intense tropical fruit – pineapple and passion fruit – alongside crisp white fruit and distinctive mineral freshness. The Papa Figos white expression

Papa Figos White 2024 is sourced exclusively from higher, fresher Douro plots to preserve natural acidity. Grapes are gently destemmed and pressed, the free-run juice clarified at low temperature, then fermented cool (16-18°C) for around 20 days in stainless steel to keep every ounce of aromatic purity intact. Serve at 10-12°C alongside fish, shellfish or light seafood dishes to let its tropical-mineral brilliance shine at Vin’s Winery.
