The Monte da Ravasqueira Seleção do Ano Rosé preserves vibrancy through manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, 24-hour 0°C chilling, conveyor sorting, pneumatic pressing at 2°C with/without stems, plus low-temperature stainless steel fermentation and 5 months ageing.
