The Gazela expression
Gazela White is made to capture pure youth: hand-picked grapes are gently destemmed, pressed and clarified for 24 hours, then fermented cool at 16°C in stainless steel before immediate bottling to lock in every bubble of freshness. Store upright in a cool place and serve well chilled at 6-8°C in a flute or white-wine glass alongside salads, light seafood, grilled fish or simply as the perfect carefree aperitif at Vin’s Winery.
