The Piano Reserve expression

Piano Reserve 2021 is vinified with precision: each variety fermented separately in small 12-ton temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 28°C for 10 days plus five days post-fermentation maceration, followed by 12 months in new French oak barrels and a further 12 months’ bottle ageing for perfect harmony and refinement.
