The Papa Figos expression

Papa Figos Red 2023 is vinified with modern precision: hand-picked grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel at 28°C with careful maceration; only 25% of the final blend spends 12 months in used French oak, keeping the wine fresh and fruit-forward. Bottled without cold stabilisation for maximum purity (a light deposit may form with age). Serve at 16-18°C alongside poultry, game, smoked meats or cheese to enjoy its refined structure and lingering harmony at Vin’s Winery.
