Monte da Ravasqueira Family Reserve White 2022 is built on precision: hand-picked grapes chilled at 0°C for 24 hours, pneumatic pressing at 2°C, Alvarinho fermented cool in stainless steel, while 70% of Viognier sees new and used French oak and 30% tank for texture without heaviness – all unified over 5 months. Store lying down at 15°C; serve 10-11°C with seafood, grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif to savour its layered sophistication at Vin’s Winery.
